2. Cluster Coding & Programming

Installing a donor cluster without proper programming will result in a “tamper dot” on your dashboard and mismatched features. We code clusters to integrate with your specific vehicle.

  • Coding donor clusters to your vehicle’s VIN
  • Enabling or disabling specific cluster features
  • US / EU Spec Conversions: Coding to convert units, language, and regional settings (switching between US-spec and EU-spec configurations).
  • Service Interval Resetting: Correcting and resetting service indicators, oil change intervals to match your vehicle’s actual maintenance history.

3. Mileage Synchronization / Correction

Note: This service is strictly provided for legitimate repair, replacement, or odometer corruption recovery purposes in compliance with local laws.
If you must replace a damaged instrument cluster with a used or new unit, the odometer must be synchronized to match your vehicle’s actual, documented mileage.

  • Synchronizing mileage between the cluster and the EWS/LCM modules
  • Odometer correction following cluster replacement to ensure accurate records

4. Customization & Aesthetics

If you are looking to personalize your cockpit or upgrade the interior styling of your vehicle, we offer custom aesthetic modifications for BMW clusters.

Painted Needles: Upgrade your stock needles to a sportier color (such as classic M-Performance red) using high-quality, durable paint that maintains proper daytime and night visibility.

Custom Gauge Face Installation: We can safely disassemble your cluster to install aftermarket or custom gauge faces (such as grey M-style faces, white dials, or custom MPH/KMH conversions) without damaging the delicate gauge needles or motors.

Custom LED Backlighting: Swap out the standard amber backlighting for a modern, crisp white LED look, or custom colors of your choice, to refresh the nighttime appearance of your cluster.

  2. Send or Drop Off Your Cluster
    Carefully package and ship your instrument cluster to our workspace, or schedule a time to drop it off if you are local.
  3. Repair & Return
    Our technician diagnoses and repairs the unit, tests all functions, and ships it back to you securely.
